Made from stainless steel and finished with the ARI matcha logo, it’s built to last and adds a refined touch to your home matcha station. Each scoop holds approximately 1.3 - 1.5 g of matcha. We recommend using two scoops for the ideal serving.

Stainless steel is highly durable and resistant to rust, though proper care helps maintain its finish. After use, wipe it dry with kitchen paper or rinse briefly with water, then dry immediately.

Ritual

SOAK AND WARM UP YOUR BAMBOO CHASEN WHISK IN HOT WATER

Sift 2 grams of matcha powder into a bowl and add a little hot water (max. 80°C). Whisk for 45-60 seconds to get a smooth, green matcha paste. Add another 80 ml of water (80°C) and whisk until rich and frothy. Fill the glass with ice and pour over the matcha. Sip and enjoy your cup of matcha.

Sift 3 grams of matcha powder into a bowl and add a little hot water (max. 80°C). Whisk for 45-60 seconds to get a smooth, green matcha paste. Add another 30 ml of hot water (80°C) and whisk. until creamy and smooth. Pour your matcha over 110 ml warm and foamy, or iced milk of your choice. Sip and enjoy your cup of matcha.
