SOAK AND WARM UP YOUR BAMBOO CHASEN WHISK IN HOT WATER
Sift 2 grams of matcha powder into a bowl and add a little hot water (max. 80°C). Whisk for 45-60 seconds to get a smooth, green matcha paste. Add another 80 ml of water (80°C) and whisk until rich and frothy. Fill the glass with ice and pour over the matcha. Sip and enjoy your cup of matcha.

Add another 30 ml of hot water (80°C) and whisk. until creamy and smooth. Pour your matcha over 110 ml warm and foamy, or iced milk of your choice. Sip and enjoy your cup of matcha.
